I visited several dealerships in the area window shopping for a vehicle. I already knew I was going to purchase; the intent was to decide on what dealership I wanted to conduct business with, Not only for the purchase of a new vehicle, but also the quality of service in the future. The decision was very easy after talking to Sales Representative, Peggy Harman, at Lochmandy Motors in Elkhart. She was very professional and not a high pressure sales person. Peggy took the time to answer and explain the many questions I had over several days. This was a very large purchase for my wife and I, so we wanted to make sure it was the correct decision for us. The sales Manager, Robert Uyhelji, was also great to work with, no high pressure either. He answered all of our questions and explained our options. After the purchase of our beautiful new Buick LaCrosse, Peggy took the time to explain and demonstrate all the features and gadgets. I would highly recommend using Lochmandy Motors for any future purchases or service. They were all very honest and not the typical ,dreaded, high pressure sales representative that jumps on you the second you walk on the lot and tries to talk you into something you don't want.

My Grandfather surprised me with getting me a better vehicle. He looked on the Internet and found out that Lochmandy Motors had the best selection and prices around at the time. Milo Patterson was our Salesperson and he was very courteous and easy to talk to. I felt very comfortable with him and he did everything possible to make me and my Grandfather comfortable. The whole process only took a few hours and I was driving away with my new van. I recommend anyone to see Milo.
