The experience was very good, our salesperson, Peggy Harman was very helpful, very knowledgeable, very respectable and understanding. Our experience with maintenance department was very positive, as was our experience with parts. The sales manager was everything we had experienced and it makes us think of the trinkle down theory. So far we are very happy with our new truck and plan on leaving for Florida today. Oh yes, the gal who got the loaner car for us was very friendly, helpful and positive. I guess we had experience with every department and to stay positive we have neglected to mention one of them. Lochmandy Motors has many "extras" that make a potential buyer feel welcome and comfortable. So far everything that we have been told has been taken care of as it was told it would be. We plan on having our service done in Elkhart, so we will be seeing you all in the future.....and if we win the lottery, maybe another vehicle.

This is the first time I've been to your service department. While I wasn't all that happy about having to spend so much to fix the problem my first time there, Alex was great. He was friendly, explained the cost and the reason it was so expensive. He was very pleasant to do business with and I will be back for regular maintenance.

This is the second vehicle I have purchased at Lochmandy motors. Greg Slabach has been the best sales rep I could ask for. I have been treated with kindness and fairness. I have had several medical procedures and money has been at a premium to say the least but Greg worked with myself and the lender and got me a great car at a great price. I highly recommend Greg and Lochmandy Motors to everyone

The car was not detailed when I bought it. They asked me to bring it back to detail it. It came out clean.
